Service Description
Preventive care reduces downtime and avoids costly emergency repairs. We provide scheduled inspections, wear-part replacements, torque and safety checks, and full compliance documentation. With our proactive approach, you can open your doors each season with confidence, knowing your attractions are safe, compliant, and ready for visitors.
Cancellation Policy
🔹 Booking Policy - Services must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone. - A site audit/inspection may be required before repair work is confirmed. - Bookings are secured once you receive written confirmation from ParkFix Europe. - For large-scale or cross-border jobs, a deposit of 20–30% may be required. 🔹 Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service: no charge. - Cancellations made 3–6 days before: subject to a 25% service fee. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: subject to a 50% service fee (to cover technician time and travel arrangements). - No-shows on the day of service: billed at 100% of the quoted day rate (excluding parts). 🔹 Rescheduling - Rescheduling is possible free of charge if requested at least 72 hours before the service. - Less than 72 hours: subject to availability and may incur travel rebooking costs. 🔹 Waitlist Policy - If your requested date is fully booked, you may join our waitlist. - Waitlist requests are prioritized based on urgency (e.g., safety-critical repairs first). - If a slot opens, our team will contact you in order of request. - Emergency call-outs always override waitlist slots.
